We’re delighted to confirm that Travel Queeries, the documentary about the queer scene in Europe will be screening as part of the RPI gathering at the welcoming event on Friday, 24th April at 9 Bath Buildings, Montpelier. Doors at 7.30pm, film showing at 8pm.

The film, which showcases the hard work of Elliat Graney-Sauke, Margaritte Knezek & Sidney Peterson, is being premiered at the London Lesbian & Gay Film festival at the end of March. It was filmed on location in Europe in 2006-2007 and includes many interviews with grassroots queer activists telling the stories of the queer scenes where they live.

After the screening we will have a discussion exploring how race, privilege & identity relate to the representations of queer sucultural life depicted in the film.

Entry cost will be £3 & there will be a tea bar.

Bring a cushion because seating is limited!
